This book is for someone who already has over 1000 people in their contacts, and it has great tutorials on how to make a tutorial in publisher.
For me, I wouldn't recommend anyone that is just starting up to waste their time reading this. Most of the people now a days are savvy enough to create a news letter anyways, and I feel as if Publisher is outdated especially when we can use Illustrator or Photoshop.
I don't know it's simply my opinion.
