- Start half way down on the page
- Use margins of 1-1 1/2 inches
- Use bold-faced, centered headline
- Include a web address with more information
- Be Double Spaced
- Include professional photographs if possible
- Use no more than two pages
- Use action verbs
- Have "-more-" at the ed of the first page and "###" at the end of the piece
- Be directed to the right person
- Not be stapled
- Have a date, topic, and contact information on the top of the heading.
